As part of a new Lived Experience project, City & Guilds asked for a distinct visual style to be created for the campaign to promote their new Recognise Strengths Engagement Tool (RE:SET).
The Lived Experience project has been undertaken by the City & Guilds Foundation to support people who are care-experienced, prison leavers or have refugee status recognising strengths helps people to engage with opportunities positively, acknowledging what they already have, as well as what they can develop.
The RE:SET tool provides a matrix of different skills and attributes that people in these groups might have but don’t know how to translate for work.
